Specifically, after years of the Black Urban Gardeners and Farmers of Pittsburgh Co-op, aka BUGS, empowering Homewood residents to grow their own fruits and vegetables, the co-op has widened its focus to include beekeeping. I Need to make more work with wood. I do not remember what year I made these.

I am going to be working on a book of poems about my friendship with August, Rob and other Hill District people I was friends with. New to Pittsburgh in the late 60s, the Hill District welcomed me and we all had some great, creative times. Of course there will be art work to go along with the poetry.

This was a great group exhibit at Pittsburgh's Energy Innovation Center. I had a lot of fun and it was great, festive evening. This was my last 2023 exhibit feauturing an array of fantastic artists.
